1958 960

I purchased a tractor tonite that has 901 Powermaster on the hood, the 001 style grille and is red and gray. The stamping on the pad says 960 and serial number is 32xxx something which makes it a 58. Why would it have 960 on the pad instead of 961? Doesn't look like it's been repainted.
Also, it has power steering, was this standard for this model?
It also has the valve under the seat with hyd. hoses and couplers to the rear. Is
this worth much extra if I turn the tractor?
Came with a nice Woods 8400 3pt finish mower, what's the value on that?
