I have a digital cam, but it is so old most of ya'll probably have kids younger that it. Maybe even your dogs, so the pics would be kinda low quality. I would have to buy another battery for it, but give me time and it will get done!
My loader on my '52 8N has a lever to disengage the holding pin and when it dumps the weight of the bucket brings it back to the pin, ... almost. Usually I will have to drop the loader arms with a quick movement to be able to latch the pin, or lower the bucket enough so the ground will cause it to latch.
I have been searching the net (at a blazing speed of 24k, in the sticks ...) for pics of all the loaders you all have mentioned none are exactly what I have. I have the teeth/spikes coming out from the bucket, and round mounting tubes that are horizontal to the ground. Tubes that go up from them are round, too. The arms are square tube. I have not found a name or number on it yet, but seeing that the current color scheme is a orange-ish/red over a past what seems to be a Ford Blue nock-off color, there might be more colors underneath to be found.
My hydraulics are such that the loader will operate whenever the engine runs. The rear PTO needs to be engaged by the lever to the left of the drivers seat underneath. There is a pump mounted on the front of the tractor that is spinning with the engine so I would think that this is the "live hydraulics" I have been reading about.
I have been having a great time fishing around all the postings in search for the golden answers! This place rocks!
