Oh my gosh! I am so sorry you were injured!! But I have to say, I am glad you are still with us, given what could have happened. Whew. I've broken my ankle and also sprained my knee, so I know you're not having an "easy" time by any means right now. Take care of yourself, and thank you for sharing the warning in a way that really strikes home. Get better soon!
