Yesterday I used my 3 point lifting boom on my 50 8n to lift and "HOLD" my 6' finishing mower so I could sharpen the blades (Yep, Ya see where this is going)
The mower was hanging at a 45% angle about 5' off the ground and I was on my knees sharpening the blades with a 4" grinder, I finished the first blade and was working on the second blade when the hydraulics or relieve valve or?????????? failed and the mower came down, my body luckily was on the outside but my left arm got caught between the mower and the ground , my arm has a nasty cut and is badly bruised, the cord on my grinder got cut in two, I still don't know what happened but do know I'll never do that again, STUPID !!!,
Sometimes you wonder if the N god's are looking down on us watching out for us and every once in a while they see someone doing something stupid and say, yep, time to knock this fellow down a peg or 2 !!
Let me say....I've been knocked down a peg or 2 !
