I have a neighbor who has a 2003 Durango that he put new ball joints, a-frames, shocks, brake calipers, and pads on. We are trying to bleed the brakes with no success. When he pumps the petal it doesn't really pump up. But when I open the bleeders on each wheel clear clean fluid comes out, no air bubbles. He said the master cylinder never went dry while he was changing the calipers. I leaning towards either a bad master cylinder or the master cylinder needs bleeding.
Anyone have any ideas?
