Flora-DUH DEM says no to lowering US Flags to half mast to honor the late, great Rush Limbaugh. So it's OK to lower the flag for dead, drug addict black socialib singers and criminals like Floyd, but for a true American Patriot it isn't allowed? C'mon, man.
