I have and old ford 8N and I am looking for a shaft to hook up my live pto to the front. I do not know what size shaft to buy and the engine has the locking mechanism to put shaft to. I do not know what to buy. I have the pump and I know how to mount the pump just do not know anything about the pump shaft and ends????

If you are talking about a pump to power a loader. Just8N's has the kits (shaft with spline end) to connect to the pump. Pump is mounted to the front of the engine, normally secured to the loader mounting frame.
