Ford 515 Breakback Assembly
When I purchased my 515 Mower, the breakback assembly (pull bar) seemed a little "wonky" since it seemed to have suffered some abuse. I've operated the mower and the assembly seems to operate fine but I would like to restore the breakback assembly to original condition. I understand what the assembly does, but I'm not certain of the physics involved. If I could find a diagram and a narrative of the operation of the assembly, I'm pretty certain I could make the necessary repairs/adjustments/fabrication to restore the breakback bar to original condition. If anyone who is familiar with this component could help me out, I would appreciate it! Thank you....
