    I purchased a 640 with a serial# of 131041
    My question is that when I look up the number under 640 the list ends @ 116368.
    Is there something I'm missing or is there another way to figure it out what year I have - thanks

    Looking at the registry I believe I have a 1957 - correct if wrong - I'm a newbie

    The 640 is a nice utility tractor. Here are some specs on it for you:

    116368 was the beginning serial number for 1957 so you are correct that your tractor is a 1957.
