Well, I believe it was New York that had "Felony Frank" hot dog stands until it was found out that actual felons were operating them. The public outcry was amusing.
Don't know if they are still around or not. Ex-cons selling hot dogs and making a living should be outlawed!!!
Hunter got probation. Does this mean he can't run a hot dog stand?
Inquiring minds need to know.

If Hunter wanted to get a license to open a pot dispensary here in NY, he would have priority because of his conviction. In NYS, if you have a drug conviction, you move to the head of the line for pot farming or legal dealing. They also have a law they are working on to have convictions expunged so that employers and landlords can’t check to see what they are getting.
