  • Nice! Thanks, Dean. This was what was being played in my home when I was growing up. This made me think of my Dad.

  • Thanks, Ed.

In years past I regularly posted links to youtube videos of music from the 50s and 60s in the OT forum on YT. I had many appreciative followers but was eventually banned from YT due to my penchant for asking embarrassing questions or posting embarrassing facts therein.

I will enjoy posts similar links to 50s-60s music herein if OK but do not wish to hyjack the forum and will not do so if you object.

    OK?

  • Go for it, Dean. If some folks don't like it, they don't have to click on the link.

While I left YT voluntarily, two of our current founders/admins were also booted by Kim. She was quite the little despot back in the day. She wanted to boot me along with Tyler and Dave (and a couple of others), but wouldn't pull the plug on me because I was posting a lot from my manuals collection. I left after she nuked every single post that Don Barkley made because Just 8Ns was competing with her tractor parts business, which she has since sold. Don never touted his business; he just established his expertise by offering help to N owners. She nuked a TON of helpful and informative posts by Don. He is a friend of mine, so when she did that, I rolled out and changed the URL of my FTP server to nuke my posts, also. That is when a bunch of us formed the NTC.

  • OK, one post prior to authorization.

My most favorite Jim Reeves recording.

If you haven't been there you cannot appreciate this.
