Re: Yet Another Reason To Avoid EVs

Reduce it? What if you need to charge your EV to get to the store, take your child to school, take your parent to the doctor, etc.? Can you comply with a utility request?
What will you do when the grid is taken down like during the California wildfires? What if you only have an EV and need to evacuate but your battery is not charged? What about when the grid goes down like the Winter storm in Texas?
Since we've ceded control of Afghanistan to the Chi-com's, we are at their mercy with regards to obtaining the lithium needed for these car batteries. How will this impact supply and future costs?
Speaking of the car batteries, remember the Tesla that caught on fire and the fire department could NOT put it out and had to call Tesla for guidance?
Speaking of car batteries, how will we safely dispose of all of them in a way that does not create another environmental crisis in the future?
