  • MD80 from RED airlines landing gear failure.
  • By now some of you have seen the footage of the landing with collapsing landing gear and thew ensuing fire. Black boxes recovered for investigation yada, yada. . .
This plane was in storage in New Mexico for some time before being purchased and placed back into service by RED airlines from Indonesia.

I seem to remember not long ago a movie being made called "RED" With Bruce Willis and a cast of others. "RED" standing for "Retired, Extremely Dangerous."
Now a plane from "RED" goes down. It was retired and placed into service.
Could this not also be a case of "Extremely Dangerous"?
Consequently the plane with the name of "RED" could explain it all.
