Sigh. It amazes me how many people don't have a clue what's going on.

They aren't pushing for a bill to outlaw picketing. They're requesting that governors enforce existing laws that were enacted to prevent protesting outside the homes of justices. Not only Supreme Court justices, but all justices. The laws already exist in the two states in question (Virginia and Maryland). The problem is that officials are refusing to enforce the existing laws in those liberal eastern septic states.

Nonsense.

The Judicial Branch does not promulgate legislation and should not create federal common law via judicial activism.

Sounds like Civics 101 is in order.
