  • Military is not subject to Habeas Corpus or Due Process.
    In the military you are guilty of any charges made against you until such time as you can prove yourself not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

    This General just made an observation that was not welcomed by the biased left.
    No matter the accuracy of the observation, it was not welcomed.
    Proof of unwelcome military observations can be found in many instances.

    The movie, "Tora, Tora, Tora" made about the attack on Pearl Harbor is one instance.
    More recently Benghazi is another instance.
    There have been several instances where accurate observations are not welcome by higher leadership.

    Perhaps the Joint Chiefs of Staff should have a special flag made up to honor their position as well as others. A very large yellow background with a ostrich in the center with it's head in the sand.

    That potentially would be highly indicative of a majority of the DC Swamp.
