It looks like NYC Mayor Adams is doing exactly what he criticized TX Gov. Abbott for doing - shipping illegal aliens out of state. Adams is now dumping his aliens on Canada, eh? Despite what one-eyebrow-Trudeau said in criticism of Donald Trump, our northern friends are now whining about the influx of more illegal aliens. Without double standards, those clowns would have NO standards at all.

First meeting for my new job next Thursday. Will be interesting to hear what the bright lights have to say, about the impact of new arrivals have on the housing market.
We have about 210,000 new housing starts per year. We have about 500,000 new arrivals, plus the new shipments from NY. We need about another 100,000 housing starts.
It will be interesting to see what happens with the NY shipment.

Cuts the prices in 1/2 and stuff in twice as many occupants. . .
