Re: Couldn't Happen
I, for one, has not believed any of the climate change crap the left has been force feeding the unknowing fools. Same goes for the elimianation of fossil fuels, electricity is good only for lighting and other creature comforts.

Re: Couldn't Happen
Keep them confused is the new moto. I can pay any scientist to write an opinion slanted to what I want the outcome to be. Vito

Real Scientists are Waking Up
Over 1,600 Scientists and Professionals Sign ‘No Climate Emergency’ Declaration International scientists have jointly signed a declaration dismissing the existence of a climate crisis and insisting that carbon dioxide is beneficial to Earth. “There is no climate emergency,” the Global Climate Intelligence Group (CLINTEL) said in its World Climate Declaration (pdf), made public in August. “Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific. Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures.” A total of 1,609 scientists and professionals from around the world have signed the declaration, including 321 from the United States. The coalition pointed out that Earth’s climate has varied as long as it has existed, with the planet experiencing several cold and warm phases. The Little Ice Age only ended as recently as 1850, they said. “Therefore, it is no surprise that we now are experiencing a period of warming,” the declaration said.

The "corporate media" missed this one, too
Princeton, MIT Scientists Say EPA Climate Regulations Based on a ‘Hoax’ Physicist, meteorologist testify that the climate agenda is ‘disastrous’ for U.S. Two prominent climate scientists have taken on new rules from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on cutting carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in electricity generation, arguing in testimony that the regulations “will be disastrous for the country, for no scientifically justifiable reason.” Citing extensive data (pdf) to support their case, William Happer, professor emeritus in physics at Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, professor emeritus of atmospheric science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), argued that the claims used by the EPA to justify the new regulations aren’t based on scientific facts but rather political opinions and speculative models that have consistently proven to be wrong. “The unscientific method of analysis, relying on consensus, peer review, government opinion, models that do not work, cherry-picking data and omitting voluminous contradictory data, is commonly employed in these studies and by the EPA in the Proposed Rule,” Mr. Happer and Mr. Lindzen wrote. “None of the studies provides scientific knowledge, and thus none provides any scientific support for the Proposed Rule. “All of the models that predict catastrophic global warming fail the key test of the scientific method: they grossly overpredict the warming versus actual data. The scientific method proves there is no risk that fossil fuels and carbon dioxide will cause catastrophic warming and extreme weather.” Climate models such as the ones that the EPA is using have been consistently wrong for decades in predicting actual outcomes, Mr. Happer told The Epoch Times. To illustrate his point, he presented the EPA with a table showing the difference between those models’ predictions and the observed data.

Long known the reality of so-called man-made global warming. Unfortunately, the eco-pagans, deep state, demos, and MSM are winning at incomprehensible cost to western civilization.

Gosh, they missed this one, too
Nobel Winner Refutes Climate Change Narrative, Points Out Ignored Factor ... Mr. Clauser criticized U.S. government efforts to reduce CO2 and methane as a colossal misuse of resources better allocated for humanitarian endeavors. Such initiatives, he argues, "should be stopped immediately." "[It's] a total waste of money and time and effort. It is strangling industry," he said. But Mr. Clauser is not holding his breath. "My suspicion is what I am saying here will be totally ignored because people don't like being told that they've made big mistakes of this magnitude," he said.

This one has received some MSM attention, if only to discredit him and his work.

Re: Gosh, they missed this one, too
Back in 1967-68 while serving as a Weather Observer in the Air Force, I had the pleasure of working at the Spokane Weather Bureau (then called the Enviromental Sciences Services Administration - try to answer the phone with that mouthful). This climate stuff was starting to get some attention then. An old forecaster advised me that climatologists could only tell you what happened in the recorded past and otherwise were mostly full of bologna. Turns out he was correct but now, they even ignore the past to create opinions out of thin air to serve a political viewpoint. Much financial gain involved.
