What is that tool called?
Cleaning up my little Atlas 618 lathe and ran into this nut that I can not get loose. Can someone tell me what they call the wrench used to remove this type of nut? It holds the chrome handle onto a threaded rod.

Re: What is that tool called?
Turns out it is a #14 Spanner bit. I made one out of an old screw driver.

Re: What is that tool called?
I had a problem like that once, similar situation. I found an old nut driver that would fit over the thread and I ground the end of it down until only two prongs were left. A socket would work also.
