  • I have a mechanical "jack lift" for an original 8N. You simply lay it on the ground. Then drive over it at the same time pulling up the lift arms. It will hold the 8N off the ground enough to allow work with both rear wheels off the ground.

  • Gene, if it's complete with the chain, those usually can be procured for anywhere between $100 - $150 depending upon condition, i.e., not bent nor rusted up, etc.

  • Sounds as if he only has the rear section. Only mentions lifting the rear wheels.
