Looking for the tool that will indicate the RPM of the PTO. Have seen pics of it, looks like a valve lapping tool with a dial on the end to indicate the RPM.
Where can these be found??🧐

3/4 throttle is 540 RPM
Mathematically, (My BIG word for the month) I remember it worked out to 1750 engine RPM
Then again, brain is old and no guarantees.
