The engine does not turn off with the key. It is the long handle that I sent a picture of. If I pull the handle towards me, while I sit, then the engine accelerates, just like with the gas pedal and if I push it all the way forward, away from me, the engine will shut off. The white knob on the panel is for the head lights.
