brake pedals not even

First I have had the brakes installed and seals the right brake pedal has always been higher ever sense I got the tractor I was thinking about trying to rise the left pedal by extending the adjustment rod out longer. I have bough new bushing for the brake shafts but I don't think that will help . Any help will be welcome Thank All.32
