Early 4000 Industrial

My b-i-l has a 4000 Industrial, about 1962. It has a 725 loader, 24" double bevel rims, heavy pie weights, power steering and a Sherman reversing trans. However it does not have a PTO or 3ph...strictly a loader tractor, but a nice running one. They are selling their land and moving. He's asking me what it's worth. I've been out of the loop for enough years that I'm not confident that I really know. I told him $3k minimum but maybe $4k. Your opinions welcome. Couldn't post this on yt because you have to log in there now and I don't have a password.
