Have you confirmed that the fuel is getting from the sediment bowl assembly to the carb? If not, get a pint jar like a Mason jar. Open the sediment bowl valve. Remove the bolt at the bottom of the carb's fuel bowl. You should be able to fill the jar in about 2 minutes. If you cannot, then you have a blockage of some type. Remove the fuel line from the carb and unscrew the fuel inlet fitting. There should be a mesh screen filter there. If it's clogged, gently clean it and see if she will run. If not, then a carb cleaning/overhaul may be your next step.
