I am going to read the manual you just sent as well.
Re-skimming the NAA manual, I guess I missed the picture on pg62 that shows me the carb... it was what I thought it was when I was working on it but I wasn't 100% certain at the time and was too afraid to "mess around and find out".
I mostly had been referencing the picture on pg63 about the air cleaner.

I'm just not confident in my abilities, so I get nervous about what the different things are unless I'm 100% certain. I'll be taking apart the carb air cleaner & checking the fuel line to the carb as well tonight.
