801 workmaster

I'm looking to buy this tractor, I'll be seeing it in person in the next couple of days, I can tell from the pic it looks to be a 5 speed and that it has power steering, What differences does it have from a hundred series besides the sheet metal?, Tractor is turn key ready to use, always stored inside and well maintained, It was used at a horse farm to smooth the riding arena He wants $3500.00 for it.
Thoughts? Info ?
