'39 or '40 9N tractor available in CT

I'm helping a relative of a friend of the family sell this tractor and don't know much other than he claims it ran last around 3-4 years ago and it is a '39 or '40 with rare smooth rear hubs. Any leads as to who may be interested in it and what it may be worth would be greatly appreciated.
