Both following issues in Neutral position
Foot on pedal and noise is the release bearing (Throw-out)
Foot off pedal and noise is the trans main input shaft bearing.

Noise as long as the operator is talking is a jet pilot.
At least with jet engines you can turn those off.
My aviation joke of the day.
