Mounting 2N fender to bracket

Good morning all, quick question on mounting fender to bracket. Trying to make it as original as possible on my 2N. Are hot rivets still available and how hard are they to use,or is there something similar to mount the fender. Carriage bolts just don't work or should I just use bolts???? Thanks..
