Replaced the sediment bowl assy. in 2015. Was looking for records but can't find any. Sorry I can't remember where I got it.

There's a link below with a similar part to mine. Just make sure you banjo bolt hole is located like mine in this pic.:

I've seen the same banjo bolts to the same assemblies that have the side hole located differently. Here's one from Ebay:
