Probably not but not many 6/8*0 tractors were made with PS. It might help to look for tie rod ends for an 861.

That said, unless things have changed in the past few years, front tie rod ends for 6/8*1 and 4 cylinder thousand series utility tractors are not available.

When I replaced the rear tie rods on my 64, 4000 about 15 years ago, it was necessary to buy the complete (long) rear tie rods but the fronts were not available even then.
