I cannot comment on your situation.
I am siting on a chunk of land that is going to get sold to fulfill the wife's desires before she left me, now 150 days ago. We had a desire that one kid could buy it from the other one and that fantasy went up in smoke long ago.

So here I sit with a few machines that also need to go away. She had desires that I would rework a diesel 801 and a Demonstrator. Both are still waiting and time is not. Then add an 8N to that mess also and a '50 Ferguson.
As my two kids have neither the space or need, the machines will go down the road soon enough. Lot's of memories to go with them but no where what you have in memories.
