You said water.
Now if the radiator is filled with water, you might have a problem.
If the radiator is full of green goo, then you have water in the engine.
That water is then called condensation.

Now the funny part is where the engine has water in it, probably so does the gear case.
Best part on that one is the hyd relief valve is probably sitting in water and turning orange with rust where it doesn't work anymore.
Ask me how I found that out.
