PTO Over-Running Clutch Removal

Hi all,

My ORC does not turn and I am unable to drive out the pin. I believe it is not lined up with the hole in the PTO shaft. Can I cut it off with a cutting wheel? Any detailed advice as how to best remove it appreciated. I have access to an angle grinder, but am not very experienced mechanically. I have put this off for years and am ready to install a new ORC for bush-hogging.
