The last 2N produced in 1947 (their serial numbers started with 9) was 306221. Are you sure that your s/n doesn't start with an 8? Is your tractor a 3 or 4-speed? Here's a technical service bulletin sent to Ford dealers from the factory with serial numbers listed by year:
