I find it unremarkable, They have several hundred thousand ballots that by law they could not touch until after the polls close. And by law those ballots require extensive vetting including signatiure verification and hand counting. Blame the legislature fo making laws that prevent them from preprocessing them so they could be counted and tallied in a more timely faashion. Plus, by law, mail in ballots that were postmarked on time can continue to roll in for another week.

But hey - completly unsupported conspisracy theories are so much more fun.
