This sounds to me like another scheme (like forgiving tuition that Biden promised the snowflakes) before 2024 elections. Gavin Newsom would gladly bankrupt California to become President. He could walk away from the debt and go to Washington to do more of the same for the US. $30 Trillion? Chump change for Dems. Make it $60 Trillion.
