First meeting for my new job next Thursday. Will be interesting to hear what the bright lights have to say, about the impact of new arrivals have on the housing market.
We have about 210,000 new housing starts per year. We have about 500,000 new arrivals, plus the new shipments from NY. We need about another 100,000 housing starts.
It will be interesting to see what happens with the NY shipment.
