Though I agree with nearly everything that you say, I must agree with the administration (Wow, that was tough!) that this incident is not a FEMA disaster.

This was a train wreck. No one was killed. No one was injured. The overly-zealous EPA, both state and federal, can find no harmful contamination in either water or air.

NS will compensate local residents for displacement expenses, etc.

The hysteria is ground work for law suits.
