Went to breakfast this AM and a fella there said he watched a woman on the news throw a rock into a creek with a nice rainbow sheen effect.

Me? I would have to get a bottle of water from the river and give it to one of the officials to drink. Now if that official did not get sick, I might consider it "safe".
However, no one is doing that.

Imagine having a meeting at a restaurant and filling the water pitchers with river water.
