Newark Mayor is an idiot

The Newark mayor is suing the US Attorney for false arrest and malicious prosecution after he trespassed on a federal facility. He ought to know there was obvious sufficient probable cause for the arrest - - trespass we all saw on TV. He also ought to know that a malicious prosecution claim does not arise until he is found not guilty on the merits. That has not happened. Could this be a political stunt? Not in Newark, right?
