Bingo.

Delaware, having won the "race to the bottom" over a century ago, has thereafter been the de facto state of incorporation.

Woke, socialist policies are, temporarily, at least, affecting this equation.

Still, this is far from over.

As our country continues it's inevitable march toward socialism/marxism/communism, corporate law will eventually become moot.
