Hopefully not. Truckers need the help with the high cost of diesel now. Had a red dye case a few years ago. My client was accused of running it in his trucks on the highway. I was just local counsel. Don't recall how it turned out. The state wanted the missed taxes and penalties. California always more money to buy voters.

Hopefully we can get the diesel stocks back up and the prices down. Don't like the high prices but, I would rather have temporary high gas prices than Iran have a nuke as a bargaining chip or worse. Just sayin'.
