  • Are you using Microsoft Edge as the browser?

I tried it in Edge and printer is locked out. Went to FireFox and it went to the printer.

One of the bugaboos with Edge is that you can not save web pages, apparently also applies to printing

    Try a different browser

  • What is the secret to printing this? I clicked on the print icon and nothing happens

  • I don't know Joe, it won't work for me either.
Just to the left of the print button is the download button, try to download it and then print it. See if that works.

  • Secured file ??
  • Thanks, Dan, for composing the article and for sharing it with us!

I have downloaded and saved the document. ....When I open the document with Acrobat, the bar at the top left of the screen indicates it is a Secured pdf.

On the right side of my screen is a menu bar with the selection of "PROTECT." ...Perhaps this is what prevents us from printing your document??? ...Clicking this icon provides more info.

I'm too dumb to know how to allow printing.

  • Re: Secured file ??
  • Many (most) of the documents in the library are protected. Depending on the options selected by the document creator you may be prohibited from printing or modifying the content and without the document password you cannot change the protection settings.

  • Does not work here either! I did download it but cannot print that either. Then I tried selecting it all and copying to a Word document. Could not do that either. It's as if it is locked somehow.

  • Re: How to rebuild the front mount distributor
  • I had already tried that and it didn't work either. We probably need a nerd to tell us both. There must be a way.

  • See my response to Bruce above. Personally I think these documents should be unsecured but its not my call.

  • the file is password protected, you will need the permissions password to remove the security and print it.
