  • 2N rim styles
  • On my 1946 2N i have two different styles rims for the rear tires. One i can see the lugs the other one i cant. I need to but another one and I'm looking for the style that i cant see the lugs aka i like the look. I can send photos if you email me. I'm kind of confused on how they go together also if there is a picture out there please share.

    Thanks Rich

  • As stated, the OEM Ford Tractor "Hat Rims" were used from the 9N thru the Hundred Series Models. OEM was 9 x 28. Here are some pictures of a set I restored with my 8N Center Discs. The 9N & 2N used different center discs. The disc to rim bolts were a special 5/8-18 Carriage Bolt, only made by and available at Dennis Carpenter and Just 8NsMost every other supplier sells them as well as but nest to go with the quality suppliers. The new after market, 6-Loop Style is used nowadays and is probably the other style you have.

  • I have several of the "original" style rims often called "hat rims". I'm asking $150 each plus shipping unless you pick it up here. I'm in SE Michigan about 40 miles north of the Ohio state line on US23.
