Throttle 1964 Ford 4000
I would like to add a Dowden foot throttle to my tractor. I was wondering if the NAA version from Dennis Carpenter will work. I am in the process of restoring the tractor at this time. The tractor was purchased in 1969 by my father it was payment for rebuilding another tractor’s engine.

Your 4000 is an updated and repainted 80x series tractor. I'm not familiar with Carpenter's flavor but Red Rock's will work.

I just looked at Carpenter's version and it looks like the same product. Both vendors state that this one only applies to x00 models through '57. I would call/email Phil at Red Rock and specifically ask about the application before plunking down the cash.
