I would like to buy a gearshift lever boot for my Ford NAA that fits and lasts like the original. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know that Steiner has replacements, but I do not know if they will fit and last like an original. It does not appear that Just 8Ns or Dennis Carpenter has them in stock right now.
