Bracket 250032 (recently seen on eBay) was drawn in March 1948 by the supplier American Forging & Socket Co. of Pontiac, MI. and it has an offset tab (with two holes) spot-welded only on the left end, instead of one hole in each end, as this catalog shows. I would assume this 1950 version is an improvement from the fatigue perspective (probably cost less to produce as well). I wonder if the part number changed for this improved part.
