The English N-version was commonly set up for dual fuel(petrol/kero). If you looked under the battery door you'd see two fuel caps, even the US tractor tanks have the 2nd raised boss next to the gas cap.
I understand the proceedure was to start the tractor on petrol(gas)& then switch over to kero as the exhaust heated up the vaporizer. When you were ready to shut down for the day you had to be sure & switch back over to gas & run all the kero out of the carb. Otherwise you'd be sorry in the morning.
