It'd be interesteing to know how both Ford and John Deere (& maybe more mfg's) used near identical size and shape rubber torque assy's. and identical adjuster devices on the Rest-O-Ride and Float Ride seats and both were introduced at about the same time period; (even though the rest of the seat structure between the two are totally different, and JD used a small shock absorber up front for added operator comfort).
